1. Project Molding

After negotiating with clients, our engineer start making the mold of the plastic 3D glasses according to the drawings

2. Material Purchasing

Our plastic raw material are imported. And lens material are from well known supplier. This ensure us to have a high quality standard. When the mold of glasses is ready, We will produce the sample glasses and test. Qualified samples glasses will be sent to Client for approval.

3. Injection

After approval of the sample glasses from clients, our factory can start mass production. We have 24 sets of automatic robot hand for injection of glasses frames which bring us high efficient and eccurate mass production

4. Lens Cutting

Different thickness of Lens are cut by different automatic machines with laser.

5. Assembling

 Frame and lens are assembled by skilled workers on the assembling lines with strict QC control in our dust- free workshop.

6. Packing and warehouse

Finished goods will be packed well and put in our warehouse awaiting shipment.
